Agony of Heartache Agony of Heartache

The Agony of Heartache: Purple sage, red patchouli, blackberry, lemon blossom, and lime rind.

Very faint sharp sage-patchouli-blackberry, enh. (My forum review).

Agony of Longing Agony of Longing

The Agony of Longing: Attar of rose, violet, white pear, Queen Elizabeth root, and freesia.

Oh, dear. Violet and Queen Elizabeth root? Old lady talcum powder. (My forum review).

Agony of Loss Agony of Loss

The Agony of Loss: French lavender, cedar, armoise, white sandalwood, awapuhi, and the smoke of burning love letters.

Very pale light green saldalwood and lavender, too faint to be a favourite. (My forum review).

Crypt Queen Crypt Queen

As sweet as death, as deep as the grave: pomegranate, raspberry, gardenia, plum, and rose with patchouli, black pepper, rose musk, and a hint of blood accord.

Sweet fruits, dark musks, and rich loamy earth and patchouli - maybe a little earthy for me but Iain loves it on me. (My forum review).

Ecstasy of Infatuation Ecstasy of Infatuation

The Ecstasy of Infatuation: Black cherry, pink grapefruit, white musk, lemon verbena, champagne grape, pikaki, plumeria, and Hawaiian ginger.

All those citruses and all I get is plumeria and cherry. Too sweet and cloying. (My forum review).

Ecstasy of Passion Ecstasy of Passion

The Ecstasy of Passion: Bourbon vanilla, red musk, galbanum, ambergris, sweet clove, petitgrain, and golden amber.

Mwah. Aw yeah, that's some good stuff. Lots of clove and red musk and dark, almost burnt vanilla-amber goodness. (My forum review).

Ecstasy of True Love Ecstasy of True Love

The Ecstasy of True Love: Patchouli, carnation, peach blossom, frankincense, honeysuckle, and Spanish mandarin.

Warm sweet peachy resin, nice but a bit too, well, peachy for my tastes. (My forum review).

La Fee Verte La Fee Verte

Sugared wormwood, hyssop and melissa with calamus, angelica and Dittany of Crete, blended with a Bohemian perfume of vanilla musk, honey absolute and Moroccan spices.

Hellion Hellion

A scent for all rabble-rousing, nose-thumbing reprobates: black plum, champaca flower, dark musk, patchouli, narcissus and scorched sandalwood.

Snowblind Snowblind

The perfect vanilla mint.

Creamy buttery and less-sweet Lick It - dries down a bit plasticky, but is otherwise peppermint wow. (My forum review).

Spanked Spanked

Sado-masochistic holiday cheer: whip leather, cardamom, patchouli and bourbon.

Ungahwah. Sexy spicy creamy warm leather and cardamom, delicious and sultry and awesome. (My forum review).

Treat #2 Treat #2

A fine confection for discriminating trick or treaters: a fig meat, coconut, and buttercream bonbon rolled in orange rind, mint leaf, cardamom, clove and ginger, dipped in milk chocolate.

I smell like a box of rather lightly-flavoured chocolate creams, but Iain pulls a face. (My forum review).

Trick #2 Trick #2

Lurid, licentious, and lucrative: pomegranate, tobacco leaf, patchouli, wild berries, pine pitch, oak-aged vanilla, and pink pepper.

Lots of patchouli and dark, cloying, rich resin and woods - but not something I will ever want to wear. (My forum review).
